...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 4 AM SUNDAY TO 1 PM EST
MONDAY...

* WHAT...Lake effect snow expected. Plan on slippery road
  conditions. Total snow accumulations of 2 to 4 inches, with
  localized amounts up to 6 inches.

* WHERE...Warren and McKean Counties with the highest amounts
  along and north of Route 6.

* WHEN...Rain transitions to snow showers early Sunday morning
  and continues through Sunday night. Snow showers taper off and
  end by Monday afternoon.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strong winds are expected Sunday with
  maximum gusts over 40 mph possible. Be prepared for rapid
  changes in road conditions and visibilities at times.

snow is forecast that will make travel difficult in some areas.
