.LOW PRESSURE SOUTH OF CAPE HATTERAS WILL MOVE NORTHEAST THIS
THROUGH TONIGHT. WINTRY PRECIPITATION ACROSS MUCH OF EASTERN
NORTH CAROLINA WILL TAPER OFF THIS EVENING AS THE LOW LIFTS AWAY
FROM THE AREA. GREATEST ACCUMULATION OF SNOW ARE EXPECTED NORTH OF
HIGHWAY 264 WITH A WINTRY MIX MOST OTHER PLACES. TEMPS WILL FALL
INTO THE 20S TONIGHT ALLOWING FOR THE THREAT OF BLACK ICE
OVERNIGHT WITH DANGEROUS TRAVELS CONDITIONS CONTINUING.
