.THE THIRD AND MOST POWERFUL IN THE SEQUENCE OF STORMS TO IMPACT
SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA WILL BRING PERIODS OF STRONG WINDS AND HEAVY
SNOWFALL THIS AFTERNOON THROUGH MONDAY. STRONG SOUTH WINDS WILL
CONTINUE THIS AFTERNOON WITH STRONGEST SOUTH WINDS THROUGH EARLY
EVENING. PERIODS OF STRONG GUSTY SOUTHWEST TO WEST WINDS WILL
FOLLOW TONIGHT AND MONDAY. SNOW LEVELS WILL RISE TO 6500 TO 7000
FEET THIS AFTERNOON AND EARLY THIS EVENING. SNOW LEVELS WILL FALL
QUICKLY FROM THE NORTHWEST DURING THE EVENING AND OVERNIGHT...TO
AROUND 4500 TO 5000 FEET BY MONDAY MORNING. SNOW LEVELS WILL FALL

  WITH GUSTS TO 65 MPH...BECOMING SOUTHWEST TO WEST 20 TO 30 MPH
  WITH GUSTS TO 60 MPH TONIGHT AND MONDAY. DAMAGING GUSTS TO 90
  MPH NEAR MOUNTAIN RIDGE TOPS AND ALONG DESERT SLOPES THIS
