PANHANDLE...SOUTH PLAINS AND ROLLING PLAINS.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT

NON PRECIPITATION

UNSEASONABLY COLD LOW TEMPERATURES WILL ENGULF ALL OF THE SOUTHERN
PANHANDLE...SOUTH PLAINS AND ROLLING PLAINS TONIGHT. A WIDESPREAD
FREEZE IS EXPECTED AND A FREEZE WARNING IS IN EFFECT FOR MOST OF
THE REGION. MANY LOCATIONS ON THE CAP-ROCK ESPECIALLY ARE LIKELY
TO EXPERIENCE SEVERAL HOURS OR MORE OF TEMPERATURES LESS THAN 28
DEGREES.
