...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 745 PM CDT
FOR NORTHEASTERN FLOYD...NORTHERN MOTLEY...SOUTHERN HALL AND
SOUTHEASTERN BRISCOE COUNTIES...

At 711 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 5 miles west of Flomot to 10 miles west of Northfield,
moving northeast at 40 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
         roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
Turkey, Caprock Canyon State Park, Quitaque, Valley Schools, Flomot,
and Northfield.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 1000 PM CDT for the Panhandle
of and northwestern Texas.

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.
