This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for northeast Kentucky, southwest
Virginia, and portions of southern and western West Virginia.

Scattered to potentially numerous severe thunderstorms will be
possible this afternoon into tonight. Storms will be capable of
producing large hail, damaging wind gusts, and a few tornadoes.

southeast West Virginia.

In addition, locally heavy rain from showers and storms could result
in isolated high water issues, especially in areas that received
higher rainfall amounts over the past few days.
