The National Weather Service in Little Rock has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Central Logan County in western Arkansas...

* Until 845 PM CDT

* At 639 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across the warned area. One to two inches of rain has
  already fallen. Flash flooding is likely to occur. An additional 1
  to 2 inches may be seen over the next 1 to 2 hours.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Paris...                          Magazine...
  Ratcliff...                       Caulksville...
  Roseville...                      Driggs...
  Carbon City...                    Chismville...

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
