THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR A LARGE PART OF ARKANSAS.

.DAY ONE...THIS EVENING THROUGH TONIGHT

CALM AND TRANQUIL WEATHER IS EXPECTED THROUGH TONIGHT. SOME PATCHY
FOG MAY DEVELOP AFTER MIDNIGHT TONIGHT BUT WIDESPREAD DENSE FOG IS
NOT EXPECTED.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY

ISOLATED CONVECTION WILL BE SEEN ACROSS NORTHWESTERN ARKANSAS ON
TUESDAY AS A COLD FRONT MOVES INTO THE AREA. THERE IS SOME
UNCERTAINTY WITH THE TUESDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING FORECAST DUE TO
A CAPPING INVERSION LIMITING THE DEVELOPMENT OF CONVECTION ACROSS
NORTHWEST ARKANSAS. HOWEVER...SHOULD CONVECTION DEVELOP SOME
STRONG TO SEVERE STORMS COULD OCCUR TOMORROW EVENING. DAMAGING
WINDS AND POSSIBLY SOME LARGE HAIL WILL BE THE MAIN CONCERNS.

A STRONGER COLD FRONT WILL PUSH INTO ARKANSAS LATE WEDNESDAY AND
ON THURSDAY...AND BRING SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS TO MUCH OF
ARKANSAS. ISOLATED STRONG TO SEVERE STORMS MAY BE SEEN OVER
NORTHWEST TO NORTHERN ARKANSAS. ONCE AGAIN...DAMAGING WINDS AND HAIL
WILL BE THE PRIMARY THREAT FROM ANY SEVERE STORMS. THIS FRONT WILL
PUSH OUT OF THE STATE LATER ON THURSDAY.

FRIDAY AND SATURDAY...DRY WEATHER IS EXPECTED...BUT COLDER
TEMPERATURES WILL FILTER INTO THE REGION. FRIDAY AND SATURDAY
MORNINGS...SOME TEMPERATURES WILL LOWER CLOSE TO FREEZING ACROSS
NORTHERN ARKANSAS.
