THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR A LARGE PART OF ARKANSAS.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

THE UPPER LEVEL LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM AND TROUGH WILL CONTINUE TO
GRADUALLY MOVE EAST TODAY AND TONIGHT...AND ALSO TAKE THE RAIN
EAST OF THE REGION. TODAY WILL STILL HAVE THE BEST CHANCES OF
CONVECTION...MAINLY OVER PARTS OF CENTRAL AND MAINLY OVER
SOUTHEAST AND EASTERN ARKANSAS. ISOLATED AREAS OF HEAVY RAIN WILL
BE SEEN...AND COULD CAUSE LOCALIZED FLASH FLOODING AND SOME AERIAL
FLOODING. THE THREAT OF ANY STRONG TO SEVERE STORMS WILL BE LOW.
AREA RIVERS ACROSS ARKANSAS REMAIN IN FLOOD AND RESIDENTS SHOULD
CONTINUE TO MONITOR STATEMENTS AND WARNINGS. TONIGHT THE OVERALL
CHANCE OF RAIN WILL LOWER AS THE UPPER SYSTEM MOVES MORE OUT OF
THE REGION.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY

RAIN CHANCES WILL DROP SIGNIFICANTLY OVER THE NEXT SEVERAL DAYS AS
UPPER LEVEL HIGH PRESSURE IS FORECAST TO BUILD INTO THE REGION.
ONLY AN ISOLATED SHOWER OR STORM MAY BE SEEN DURING THE HEAT OF
THE DAY IN THE AFTERNOON AND EARLY EVENING.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

SPOTTER ACTIVATION IS NOT ANTICIPATED. REPORTS OF FLOODING AND ANY
SEVERE STORMS ARE REQUESTED.
