.DISCUSSION...
Showers are already ongoing near the Derrick Knob area of the mountains
and will continue on and off for the next few hours. At this time, no
lightning is occurring as these showers are relatively shallow. By 12-1pm
thunder chances increase from the daytime heating and lightning is a
possibility with any storm that goes up. The chance for thunderstorms
will continue through the remainder of the day and into the 9-11pm
time frame.
