Individual waves may be more than twice the significant wave height. .SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...High pressure will remain W of the waters today into tonight. Wed through Thu night, the high pressure will weaken and retreat W as an area of low pressure moves E then SE into British Columbia, bringing a weak cold front across the waters. The area of high pressure will strengthen and build E towards the coast Fri through Sat night. Farther south, a coastal trough will persist along the southern Oregon coast through Sat night.
