New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...High pressure just E of the
area this afternoon will move E away from the waters tonight. A
warm front will lift N across the waters tonight into Thu night.
A strong cold front will approach the area from the W Thu night,
move across the waters Fri, and then pass E of the region Fri
night. A secondary cold front will move E to the coast Fri night,
and cross the region Sat into Sat night. A high pressure ridge
will build E toward the coast later Sat night, then quickly move
offshore while weakening early Sun. Another cold front will
approach the coast Sun night and early Mon, then move across the
region later Mon and Mon night.
