Advisory for the following rivers in Mississippi...Arkansas...

  Mississippi River at Tunica Mhoon Landing

For the Lower Mississippi River...including Tiptonville,
Caruthersville, Osceola, Memphis, Tunica Mhoon Landing, Helena...
elevated river levels are forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you encounter a flooded roadway, turn around and find an
alternative route.

...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM THIS MORNING TO SUNDAY, MAY 19...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Mississippi River at Tunica Mhoon Landing.

* WHEN...From this morning to Sunday, May 19.

* IMPACTS...At 28.0 feet, In Mississippi, the river is touching the
  levee at many places near Mhoon Landing. The road to Stubb`s
  Island is closed. Fields are flooding inside the levee west of
  Seabrook Road. Water has reached the outlot of McKinney Bayou
  Pumping Station.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 10:00 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 22.6 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 27.6
    feet early Thursday afternoon.
  - Action stage is 27.0 feet.
  - Flood stage is 30.0 feet.
