This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of East Arkansas...
the Missouri Bootheel...North Mississippi...and West Tennessee.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight

Heat index values between 105 to 109 degrees are expected across
much of the Mid-South and 110-112 degrees across portions of
Northeast Arkansas and the Missouri Bootheel through early
evening. An Excessive Heat Warning and Heat Advisory is in effect
for portions of the Mid-South.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday

Heat index values approaching or exceeding 105 degrees are
expected Friday across much of the Mid-South. Saturday may also
see heat index values above 105 across portions of the area.
