This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of East Arkansas...
the Missouri Bootheel...North Mississippi...and West Tennessee.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday

Heavy rainfall associated with the remnants of Tropical Storm
Cindy is expected across the Mid-Sound for Thursday and
Friday. More localized flash flooding potential is expected
tomorrow rainfall with the potential becoming more widespread
Friday.

In addition to the flash flood threat...a few strong to severe
storms are possible with weak tornadoes and damaging winds.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation may be needed on Thursday and Friday.
