This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of East Arkansas...
the Missouri Bootheel...North Mississippi...and West Tennessee.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight

A winter storm will begin to affect the Mid-South later tonight.
Rain will change to a mixture of freezing rain, sleet, and snow.
Snow, sleet, and ice accumulations are expected along with gusty
winds. Winter Storm Warnings and Winter Weather Advisories have
been issued for much of the Mid-South

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday

The winter storm will continue to impact the region on Friday with
more snow, sleet, and ice accumulations expected. Strong winds
will also continue during the day on Friday.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotters are encouraged to report any ice, sleet, and snow
accumulations to the National Weather Service office in Memphis
Tennessee.
