...KNQA (Millington, TN) Level II super-res data availability...

There appears to be an external communications issue with the
KNQA radar that is affecting the timely transmission of Level II
data, which includes super-res products. This problem becomes most
noticeable when the radar is in storm mode, in which the radar
produces significantly higher amount of data than is the case
during quiet weather.

Technicians are aware of the problem and working hard to solve
it. In the interim, we suggest using Level III (non-super res)
products from KNQA, which are not affected by this issue and
should be current. Please also note that Level II data from
neighboring radars such as KLZK, KGWX, KPAH, KHPX are not
affected by this communications issue affecting KNQA.

We sincerely apologize for the issue and hope to have timely KNQA
Level II data flowing soon.
