Minnesota River at Montevideo affecting Chippewa, Lac qui Parle and Yellow Medicine Counties. .High water continues along the Minnesota River near Montevideo due to recent rainfall. Widespread rain is becoming increasingly likely late Sunday through Wednesday, which will lead to steady or rising river levels in the coming days. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks. Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads.
