.DISCUSSION...

A weakened boundary that is slowly dissipating remains the primary
feature along with an eastward drifting area of high pressure.
Dispersions will be fair but more likely to see smoke fan than
disperse quickly this afternoon. Tonight there may be some patchy
fog development but it is not anticipated to become dense at this
time. Winds will strengthen Friday and favor a southeasterly
direction. This increase in transport flow on Friday will lead to
higher dispersion during the afternoon hours and may allow
humidity to dip to around 35%.
