Atlantic coastal waters from Jupiter Inlet to Ocean Reef out to 60
nm and Gulf coastal waters from East Cape Sable to Chokoloskee out
20 nm and Chokoloskee to Bonita Beach out 60 nm...including the
waters of Biscayne Bay and Lake Okeechobee.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest 1/3
of the waves...along with the occasional height of the average highest
10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS...
A long period, northeasterly swell from Post Tropical Cyclone
Jose will continue to linger over the local Atlantic waters
through Saturday. Hurricane Maria is forecast to lift north of
the Bahamas late this weekend, bringing a reinforcing swell to
the South Florida Atlantic waters, building seas late Sunday into
Monday. A northeast wind of around 15 kts is expected through
Saturday, becoming north to northwest late this weekend.


.GULF STREAM HAZARDS...5 to 6 foot seas will continue to be
possible on Saturday in the Gulf stream. A long period 4 to 5
foot swell of around 12 seconds for tomorrow, building for the
beginning of next week to around 6 feet.

The approximate location of the west wall of the Gulf Stream as of
Sep 21, 2017 at 1200 UTC...

  6 nautical miles east southeast of Fowey Rocks.
 11 nautical miles east of Port Everglades.
  5 nautical miles east northeast of Lake Worth.
