   Beach Hazards Statement south of Cape Hatteras.
   Moderate Rip Current Risk north of Cape Hatteras.

Locally heavy rainfall and strong thunderstorms with damaging winds
will be possible this afternoon into Sunday morning, as a tropical
airmass interacts with a frontal boundary.

Minor coastal flooding will be possible at times of high tide.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.

Minor coastal flooding will be possible through the weekend at times
of high tide.
