WILL OCCUR FROM CAPE LOOKOUT TO CAPE HATTERAS TODAY.

TROPICAL STORM CRISTOBAL IS FORECAST TO TRACK WELL OFF THE
CAROLINA COAST TUESDAY INTO WEDNESDAY. SWELL ENERGY WILL RADIATE
AWAY FROM CRISTOBAL TUESDAY THROUGH LATE WEEK LEADING TO AN
INCREASED THREAT OF RIP CURRENTS AND POSSIBLY DANGEROUS
