THESE WINDS WILL LEAD TO BUILDING SEAS WITH HIGH SURF CONDITIONS
POSSIBLE NORTH OF CAPE HATTERAS LATER SATURDAY THROUGH SUNDAY
NIGHT. THE PERSISTENT POUNDING WAVES MAY LEAD TO LOCALIZED OVER WASH
