Scattered strong to severe storms will continue to move across the
area through early this evening ahead of a cold front. South winds will
veer to the west northwest after the front moves through. Cooler
temperatures across the area through the rest of the work week and
into the weekend. There is a low chance for rain across portions of
northeast Missouri and west central Illinois Thursday afternoon.
