.DISCUSSION...
Winds gradually pivot from NW at 5-6am to north by 9-10am with
speeds increasing from 10 mph to the mid teens for the afternoon.
Gusts to the low 20s possible though with increased mixing depth
could see slightly higher speeds in the mid 20s. RH drops below 30
percent by noon with minimum afternoon values near 20 percent from
2 pm to 7pm. Afternoon highs in in the upper 70s though should
they creep into the low 80s then expect slightly lower RH than
currently forecast.
