* WHAT...For the Wind Advisory, south winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts
  up to 50 mph. For the High Wind Warning, west winds 35 to 45 mph
  with gusts up to 70 mph expected.

* WHERE...Butte, Harding, Northern Meade Co Plains, Southern Meade
  Co Plains, and Southern Perkins.

* WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, until 6 PM MDT this evening. For the
  High Wind Warning, until 6 PM MDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...The high winds may damage roofs, small outbuildings, and
  signs. Power outages are possible. Travel could be difficult,
  especially for high profile vehicles. Strong winds can cause
  blowing dust, reduced visibility, and flying debris.
