NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE MILWAUKEE/SULLIVAN WI
1028 PM CDT SUN AUG 17 2014

.UPDATE...A RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE OVER ERN AND SRN WI AND
RADIATIONAL COOLING SHOULD STILL LEAD TO FOG DEVELOPMENT DURING
THE OVERNIGHT. IF THE STRATUS CLOUDS FROM MKE TO KENW
SUSTAIN THROUGHOUT THE NIGHT...THEN THE FOG MAY REMAIN LIGHTER
THERE. SOME POCKETS OF DENSE FOG ARE POSSIBLE.

THE SHOWERS AND SCT TSTORMS MOVING INTO WEST CENTRAL WI MAY CLIP
THE FAR NW CWA EARLY MON AM AS A SHORTWAVE TROUGH MOVES INTO
CENTRAL WI. SOME OF THE PCPN MAY MOVE ACROSS THE NRN CWA DURING
THE MORNING DAYLIGHT HOURS. ANOTHER SHORTWAVE TROUGH THAT IS
CURRENTLY OVER SD WILL THEN MOVE INTO SRN WI FOR THE AFTERNOON AND
EVENING WITH YET ANOTHER SHORTWAVE TROUGH EXPECTED FOR LATE MON
NT. THUS SHOWERS AND TSTORMS WILL INCREASE IN COVERAGE FROM WEST
TO EAST DURING THE AFTERNOON AND EVENING WITH INTERMITTENT SHOWERS
AND TSTORMS DURING THE NIGHT.

&&

.AVIATION/06Z TAFS/...THE STRATUS DECK LESS THAN 1.0 KFT WILL
CONTINUE FROM KMKE TO KENW THROUGH EARLY MON AM WITH AT LEAST
LIGHT FOG DEVELOPING THERE...ALTHOUGH HEAVIER FOG MAY DEVELOP
AROUND SUNRISE. ELSEWHERE...RADIATIONAL COOLING WILL LEAD TO FOG
AND LOW STRATUS WITH SOME POCKETS OF DENSE FOG. THE FOG AND
STRATUS WILL LIFT TO 2-3 KFT BY LATE MON AM WITH CIGS RISING TO
3-4 KFT FOR MON AFT ALONG WITH INCREASING CHANCES OF TSTORMS.
INTERMITTENT SHOWERS AND TSTORMS ARE EXPECTED MON NT WHILE THE MOIST
AND LIGHT WINDS WILL LEAD TO LOW STRATUS AND REDUCED VSBYS.
