LOW PRESSURE WILL MOVE FROM THE NORTHERN PLAINS TO NORTH CENTRAL
IOWA TODAY...THEN TO NORTH CENTRAL WISCONSIN TONIGHT. THE LOW WILL
BRING CHANCES FOR LIGHT RAIN TONIGHT...WITH CHANCES FOR LIGHT RAIN
AND LIGHT SNOW LATER TONIGHT IN AREAS MAINLY NORTH OF MADISON.

MOSTLY CLOUDY SKIES ARE EXPECTED...WITH LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY
VALUES AND GUSTY SOUTHEAST WINDS LATE THIS MORNING AND THIS
AFTERNOON. GUSTY SOUTH WINDS WILL LINGER TONIGHT. THE LOW WILL
WEAKEN AND MOVE NORTHEAST ON THURSDAY...BRINGING LOW TO MODERATE
