.DISCUSSION...Northwest winds will continue today but weaken
by late afternoon as a weak ridge of high pressure approaches. The
high will move across southern Wisconsin tonight while a warm front
will develop across Iowa and Illinois for Thursday and Friday. East
winds will prevail on Thursday but become south to southeast on
Friday as the warm front approaches. Near normal temperatures for
today followed by a strong warming trend into the weekend.
