.DISCUSSION...

Deep mixing to almost 6000 feet is expected today.  A high-based cloud
deck is expected to build into the area by mid to late morning, and
a few sprinkles or very light rain showers may make it to the
surface from these clouds.  RH today will fall to around 40
percent.  Winds will remain west to northwesterly, with speeds
gradually decreasing through the daytime hours.
