THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF EAST CENTRAL
WISCONSIN...SOUTH CENTRAL WISCONSIN AND SOUTHEAST WISCONSIN.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

MODERATE TO HEAVY RAINFALL ARE EXPECTED IN THE MORNING. A FLASH
FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT MAINLY OVER SOUTHEAST WISCONSIN
THROUGH NOON. AN UNUSUALLY STRONG LOW FOR THIS TIME OF THE YEAR
WILL CONTINUE TO INTENSIFY AS IT MOVES ACROSS WISCONSIN.

THERE WILL BE A HIGH SWIM RISK WEDNESDAY WITH STRONG SOUTH WINDS
AND BUILDING LARGE WAVES THAT WILL AFFECT ALL THE BEACHES ALONG
LAKE MICHIGAN FROM SHEBOYGAN COUNTY TO THE ILLINOIS BORDER THIS
MORNING.


.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY

LOW TEMPERATURES SHOULD DIP INTO THE MID 30S TO MID 40S FRIDAY
NIGHT. DEPENDING ON CLOUD COVER SOME PATCHY FROST POTENTIAL IS
POSSIBLE.

A MARINE DENSE FOG ADVISORY IS IN EFFECT NORTH OF MILWAUKEE FOR
VISIBILITIES REDUCED 1 MILE IN FOG. THE FOG IS EXPECTED TO LIFT
WITH INCREASING WINDS THIS MORNING.

RAIN AND SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED THIS MORNING. SOUTH
WINDS AHEAD OF AN APPROACHING LOW WILL REACH SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY
LEVELS THIS MORNING...BUILDING LARGE WAVES.

THE STRONG LOW WILL INTENSIFY AS IT MOVES ACROSS WISCONSIN BEFORE
MOVING INTO THE LAKE HURON REGION THIS EVENING. STRONG NORTHWEST
WINDS COULD APPROACH GALE CRITERIA BEHIND THE LOW.

THE STRONG NORTHWEST WINDS WILL DIMINISH LATER THURSDAY
AFTERNOON BEHIND THE DEPARTING LOW.
