A MARINE WEATHER STATEMENT HAS BEEN ISSUED FOR THE FOLLOWING AREAS...
LAKE MICHIGAN NEARSHORE AND OPEN WATERS TO MID LAKE FROM SHEBOYGAN WI
TO WINTHROP HARBOR IL...

AT 950 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A FRONT...CAPABLE OF
PRODUCING WINDS UP TO 25 KNOTS. THIS FRONT WAS LOCATED ALONG A LINE
EXTENDING FROM APPLETON TO MANITOWOC OUT INTO LAKE MICHIGAN...MOVING
SOUTH AT 15 KNOTS.

THE FRONT WILL BE NEAR...
  SHEBOYGAN AROUND 1050 PM CDT.
  PORT WASHINGTON AROUND 1200 AM CDT.
  MILWAUKEE AROUND 100 AM CDT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS UP TO 30 KNOTS AND LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR IMMEDIATELY UNTIL THESE
STORMS PASS.
