.INCREASING NORTHWEST WINDS WILL BE GUSTING TO 30 KNOTS THIS
AFTERNOON INTO TONIGHT WHICH WILL CAUSE WAVES TO INCREASE INTO THE
4 TO 6 FOOT RANGE. THE HIGHEST WAVES WILL BE OUT TOWARD THE OPEN
WATERS OF LAKE MICHIGAN.

* WAVES: WAVES BUILDING TO 4 TO 6 FEET BY FRIDAY EVENING. WAVES
  3 TO 5 FEET OVERNIGHT INTO SATURDAY MORNING BEFORE SUBSIDING.

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 23 TO 33 KNOTS
AND/OR WAVES GREATER THAN 4 FEET ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE
HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...
ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID
NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
