...INCREASING NORTH WINDS OVERNIGHT...

.A TIGHTENING PRESSURE GRADIENT ASSOCIATED WITH LOW PRESSURE OVER
THE EASTERN GREAT LAKES AND HIGH PRESSURE TO THE NORTH WILL RESULT
IN INCREASING NORTH WINDS OVERNIGHT ALONG WITH BUILDING WAVES.
WIND GUSTS ARE EXPECTED TO REACH 25 KNOTS LATER TONIGHT INTO
TUESDAY.

WINDS WILL DECREASE TUESDAY EVENING...BUT WITH THE NORTHERLY
FETCH...WAVES WILL BE SLOWER TO SUBSIDE UNTIL LATE TUESDAY NIGHT.

  GUSTS TO 25 KNOTS OVERNIGHT. THE WINDS WILL BECOME NORTHEAST AND
  DECREASE TO 10 TO 15 KNOTS BY TUESDAY EVENING..AND 5 TO 10 KNOTS
  OVERNIGHT TUESDAY.

* WAVES: 1 TO 3 FEET BUILDING TO 3 TO 5 FEET OVERNIGHT.

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 23 TO 33 KNOTS
AND/OR WAVES GREATER THAN 4 FEET ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE
HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...
ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID
NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
