LEAST WEDNESDAY MORNING. WINDS WILL GUST AT TIMES TO 30 KNOTS WITH
THE HIGHEST WAVES EXPECTED TOWARD OPEN WATER.

  WEDNESDAY.


* WAVES: 1 TO 3 FEET...BUILDING TO 3 TO 5 FEET FOR TONIGHT AND

ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS WAVE CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT.
INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER
VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
