...STRONG NORTHEAST WINDS DEVELOPING WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON...

.WEST WINDS HAVE DIMINISHED EARLY THIS EVENING AS LOW PRESSURE
WEAKENS AS IT MOVES DOWN LAKE MICHIGAN.

THE LOW WILL SIT OVER THE OHIO RIVER VALLEY THROUGH SATURDAY.
THIS WILL CREATE PERSISTENT BRISK NORTH TO NORTHEAST WINDS OVER
THE NEARSHORE WATERS OF SOUTHEAST WISCONSIN. WIND GUSTS TOWARD
EVENING WEDNESDAY WILL REACH 30 KNOTS WITH BUILDING HIGH WAVES.

* WATERSPOUTS: WATERSPOUTS WILL BE POSSIBLE MAINLY WEDNESDAY
  AFTERNOON.

VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
