WINDS TONIGHT INTO TUESDAY MORNING...THEN SHIFTING TO THE NORTHWEST
TUESDAY EVENING WITH THE PASSAGE OF A COLD FRONT. ICE COVERAGE IS
SOMEWHAT UNCERTAIN WITHIN THE NEARSHORE WATERS...LOWERING
