MICHIGAN LATER THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING. COLDER AIR BEHIND THE
FRONT WILL AFFECT THE NEARSHORE WATERS LATE EVENING INTO TUESDAY
MORNING RESULTING IN GUSTY WINDS.
