SOUTHWEST WINDS DEVELOPING BY MID EVENING. EXPECT WINDY
CONDITIONS THROUGH TUESDAY EVENING. ICE COVERAGE IS SOMEWHAT
UNCERTAIN WITHIN THE NEARSHORE WATERS...LOWERING CONFIDENCE IN
EXPECTED WAVE HEIGHTS.

  ADVISORY LEVELS BY MIDNIGHT TUESDAY NIGHT.

* WAVES: BUILD TO 2 TO 4 FEET IN ICE FREE AREAS TONIGHT.
