...GUSTY WINDS EXPECTED TO RETURN LATER TODAY AND TONIGHT...

.GUSTY SOUTH WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO RETURN OVER THE NEAR SHORE
WATERS LATER TODAY AND TONIGHT...AS LOW PRESSURE DEVELOPS IN THE
HIGH PLAINS. THE LOW WILL TRACK NORTHEAST INTO WISCONSIN ON
TUESDAY...AND INTO SOUTHERN CANADA TUESDAY NIGHT...AS IT
STRENGTHENS. THIS WILL RESULT IN A PROLONGED PERIOD OF GUSTY
WINDS OVER LAKE MICHIGAN...ALONG WITH BUILDING WAVES IN ICE FREE
AREAS.

  EVENING INTO TUESDAY MORNING. WINDS WILL BECOME WESTERLY TUESDAY
  AFTERNOON INTO THE EVENING...WITH A FEW GUSTS AS HIGH AS 35
  KNOTS. WINDS WILL SLOWLY EASE LATER TUESDAY EVENING INTO THE
  NIGHT.

* WAVES: 2 TO 4 FEET...BUILDING TO 4 TO 7 FEET IN ICE FREE AREAS
  TONIGHT. WAVES WILL SLOWLY SUBSIDE TUESDAY AFTERNOON INTO THE
  NIGHT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 21 TO 33 KNOTS
ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS WAVE CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT.
INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER
VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
