...GUSTY OFF SHORE TO CONTINUE TODAY...

.A TIGHTENING PRESSURE GRADIENT BETWEEN LOW PRESSURE TO THE NORTH
AND HIGH PRESSURE TO THE SOUTH WILL RESULT IN GUSTY SOUTHWEST
WINDS TODAY. THE GRADIENT WILL WEAKEN THIS EVENING WHICH WILL
ALLOW THE WINDS AND WAVES TO DECREASE.

THE HIGHEST WAVES WILL BE TOWARD THE OPEN WATER.

  THE OPEN WATER. WAVE HEIGHTS WILL SUBSIDE THIS EVENING.

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 23 TO 33 KNOTS
AND/OR WAVES GREATER THAN 4 FEET ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE
HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...
ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID
NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
