SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 4 AM FRIDAY TO
4 AM CST SATURDAY.

* WINDS: SOUTH 15 TO 25 KNOTS WITH GUSTS UP TO 30 KNOTS FRIDAY,
  BECOMING SOUTHWEST 10 TO 20 KNOTS LATE FRIDAY EVENING.

* WAVES: BUILDING TO 4 TO 8 FEET BY FRIDAY AFTERNOON, THEN
  SUBSIDING TO 1 TO 2 FEET EARLY SATURDAY MORNING. WAVES HIGHEST
  TOWARD SHEBOYGAN.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 21 TO 33 KNOTS
ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS WAVE CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT.
INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER
VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
