ACTION TONIGHT THROUGH FRIDAY EVENING. THE WINDS WILL EASE LATER
FRIDAY AS SURFACE HIGH PRESSURE BUILDS IN. THE WAVES WILL
GRADUALLY SUBSIDE INTO FRIDAY NIGHT.

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 23 TO 33 KNOTS
AND/OR WAVES GREATER THAN 4 FEET ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE
HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...
ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID
NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
