.STRENGTHENING LOW PRESSURE MOVING FROM THE UPPER OHIO VALLEY
TOWARDS EASTERN LOWER MICHIGAN TODAY AND TONIGHT WILL RESULT IN
STRONG NORTHWEST WINDS DEVELOPING THIS AFTERNOON. THE HIGHEST
WAVES WILL BE FOUND OUT TOWARD OPEN WATER DUE TO THE OFF SHORE
COMPONENT TO THE WIND. LOOK FOR WINDS AND WAVES TO SUBSIDE BY
THURSDAY AFTERNOON.
