LAKES AND HIGH PRESSURE OVER THE PLAINS. WINDS WILL PEAK FROM LATE

TO 7 PM CDT THIS EVENING.

* WINDS: WEST WINDS INCREASING TO 15 TO 25 KNOTS BY LATE MORNING.
  WINDS WILL DIMINISH RAPIDLY BY 7 PM THIS EVENING.

* WAVES: 1 TO 2 FEET...BUT HIGHER BEYOND 5 NAUTICAL MILES FROM
  SHORE.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 23 TO 33 KNOTS
AND/OR WAVES GREATER THAN 4 FEET ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE
HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...
ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID
NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
