PERSISTING THROUGH THE REST OF THE DAY. WIND GUSTS UP TO 25 KNOTS
ARE EXPECTED. WAVE HEIGHTS WILL MAINLY BE IN THE 2 TO 4 FEET
RANGE... WITH HIGHER WAVES OF 3 TO 5 FEET FROM SHEBOYGAN TO PORT
