.GUSTY SOUTHWEST WINDS ARE EXPECTED LATE THIS AFTERNOON INTO EARLY
TONIGHT. THE BEST CHANCE FOR HIGHER GUSTS WILL BE SOUTH OF PORT
WASHINGTON AND TOWARD OPEN WATERS. THE WINDS WILL LOWER AND TURN
WEST LATE TONIGHT AS A SURFACE TROUGH/COLD FRONT MOVES ACROSS LAKE
MICHIGAN BEHIND THE LOW AS IT MOVES EAST INTO WESTERN QUEBEC.

  THIS AFTERNOON INTO EARLY TONIGHT. WINDS TURN WEST AND LOWER TO
  10 TO 15 KNOTS LATER IN THE NIGHT.

* WAVES: 1 TO 3 FEET INCREASING TO 2 TO 4 FEET WITH THE HIGHER
  WAVES TOWARD OPEN WATER.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 23 TO 33 KNOTS
AND/OR WAVES GREATER THAN 4 FEET ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE
HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...
ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID
NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
