.STRONG WEST TO NORTHWEST WINDS BEHIND A PASSING COLD FRONT ARE
EXPECTED TO DEVELOP LATER THIS MORNING...AND CONTINUE INTO THE
EARLY EVENING HOURS. WIND GUSTS SHOULD REACH 35 TO 40 KNOTS. A
GALE WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT. WAVE HEIGHTS WILL INCREASE...WITH
THE HIGHEST WAVES REMAINING TOWARD THE OPEN WATER.

A GALE WARNING MEANS WINDS OF 34 TO 47 KNOTS ARE IMMINENT OR
OCCURING. OPERATING A VESSEL IN GALE CONDITIONS REQUIRES
EXPERIENCE AND PROPERLY EQUIPPED VESSELS. IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
THAT MARINERS WITHOUT THE PROPER EXPERIENCE SEEK SAFE HARBOR
PRIOR TO THE ONSET OF GALE CONDITIONS.
