.HIGH WINDS AND WAVES WILL DEVELOP TONIGHT AND LAST INTO MONDAY
NIGHT. GALE FORCE GUSTS WILL DIMINISH WITH THE COLD FRONTAL
PASSAGE LATE MONDAY NIGHT. HOWEVER...SOUTHWEST WINDS WILL STILL
BE GUSTY INTO TUESDAY WITH SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY LEVELS POSSIBLE.

  INCREASING TO 20 TO 30 KNOTS WITH GALE FORCE GUSTS OF 35 TO 40
  KNOTS BY LATE TONIGHT. WINDS WILL SHIFT TO SOUTHWEST 15 TO 25
  KNOTS EARLY TUESDAY MORNING.

* WAVES: WAVES BUILDING TO 6 TO 10 FEET LATE TONIGHT... THEN
  SUBSIDING TO 3 TO 6 FEET LATE MONDAY NIGHT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A GALE WARNING MEANS WINDS OF 34 TO 47 KNOTS ARE IMMINENT OR
OCCURING. OPERATING A VESSEL IN GALE CONDITIONS REQUIRES
EXPERIENCE AND PROPERLY EQUIPPED VESSELS. IT IS HIGHLY
RECOMMENDED THAT MARINERS WITHOUT THE PROPER EXPERIENCE SEEK SAFE
HARBOR PRIOR TO THE ONSET OF GALE CONDITIONS.
