WAVES WILL BE HIGHEST TUESDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING. SOUTHERLY
WINDS WILL REMAIN GUSTY INTO TUESDAY NIGHT.

INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER
VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
