SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT TONIGHT
TO MIDNIGHT CST WEDNESDAY NIGHT.

* WINDS: INCREASING TO 15 TO 25 KNOTS THIS EVENING. HOLDING STEADY
  INTO EARLY WEDNESDAY EVENING.

* WAVES: WAVES BUILDING TO 4 TO 6 FEET TONIGHT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 23 TO 33 KNOTS
AND/OR WAVES GREATER THAN 4 FEET ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE
HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...
ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID
NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
