.LOW PRESSURE WILL MOVE FROM THE CENTRAL PLAINS TO THE NORTHERN
GREAT LAKES ON TUESDAY. BRISK AND GUSTY SOUTH WINDS WILL PREVAIL
ON TUESDAY WITH THE COLD FRONTAL PASSAGE TURNING THE WINDS TO THE
WEST FOR TUESDAY NIGHT AND WEDNESDAY.

6 PM CST WEDNESDAY.

* WINDS: SOUTH WINDS 15 TO 25 KNOTS WITH GUSTS TO 30 KNOTS ON
  TUESDAY. WINDS VEERING WEST 15 TO 20 KNOTS WITH GUSTS TO 25
  KNOTS FOR TUESDAY NIGHT AND WEDNESDAY.

* WAVES: LITTLE TO NO WAVES DUE TO WIDESPREAD ICE.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 23 TO 33 KNOTS
AND/OR WAVES GREATER THAN 4 FEET ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE
HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...
ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID
NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
