  3 FEET BY EVENING. WAVES 2 TO 4 FEET FROM WINTHROP HARBOR
  ILLINOIS TO PORT WASHINGTON TODAY...THEN SUBSIDING TO 1 TO 2
  FEET. WAVES HIGHER TOWARD THE OPEN WATERS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 23 TO 33 KNOTS
AND/OR WAVES GREATER THAN 4 FEET ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE
HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...
ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID
NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
