.A TIGHT PRESSURE GRADIENT BETWEEN HIGH PRESSURE MOVING AWAY TO
THE SOUTHEAST AND A TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE APPROACHING FROM
MINNESOTA WILL PRODUCE GUSTY SOUTH WINDS INTO THE EARLY EVENING.
ICE COVER WILL LIMIT WAVES FROM BUILDING WITH THE GUSTY SOUTH
WINDS.

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 23 TO 33 KNOTS
AND/OR WAVES GREATER THAN 4 FEET ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE
HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...
ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID
NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
